These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of useinkwell.app (the “Site”) operated by Maruti Software Solutions (“we”, “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms apply only to the useinkwell.app marketing website. The Inkwell software itself is governed by the MIT License.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or index the Site in a way that burdens our infrastructure.
  • Submit false, misleading, or abusive information through our contact or inquiry forms.
  • Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to access.
  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.

2. Intellectual property

The Inkwell software is MIT-licensed. You are free to use, modify, and distribute it under those terms.

The useinkwell.app website — including its design, copy, and visual assets — is © 2026 Maruti Software Solutions. You may not reproduce or distribute Site content without our written permission, except as permitted by fair use.

3. Service enquiries

Submitting an enquiry through the Site does not constitute a binding agreement. A contract is only formed when both parties have signed a written proposal or statement of work.

4. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We make no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information on the Site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maruti Software Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the Inkwell software. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed USD $100.

6. Third-party links

The Site links to external resources including GitHub and Google Fonts. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of external sites.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India, except where mandatory local law requires otherwise.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
